"Steakhouse?" 

By definition, a steakhouse is a restaurant that specializes in steaks and chops.  So, YES, we are the only true steakhouse in town and we take a lot of pride in that!  It is that pride that pushes us to source out the highest quality meat, top of the line broiler, and the master skillset of our kitchen team. 

Steak perfection takes time!

And it starts with the right kind of beef.  PRIME Beef.  Prime has the most abundant marbling (the amount of fat interspersed with lean meat), sought out from well-fed cattle. 

The pride of our kitchen is our Montague Legend Overfired Broiler.  The top plate sears the steak at 600º giving it a beautiful crust while locking in the moisture and fresh natural flavors. It is then finished off to perfection inside the broiler at a smoking hot 1500º.

If you want "Surf & Turf", we got you covered.  Our U10 dry-packed scallops are seared to perfection and are the best anywhere around!  You could also go for our Tiger shrimp cooked in our Diablo butter sauce...simply amazing!
